Oxide Corporation was established in Oct.2000. We started our company as original single crystals growth technique and the new materials that can be grown with it. They are based on the inventions at National Institute of Materials Science(NIMS).
Our mission is that Oxide single crystals are the key materials for a wide variety of applications including Photonics Network Technology.
