HM Harmonic Module (manufactured by Fluence※1) is a module that enables high-performance wavelength conversion.
It supports software-controlled switching between four wavelengths and is capable of generating deep ultraviolet (DUV) light.
The automatic wavelength adjustment function ensures precise and stable wavelength conversion.
This sealed design is compatible with gas purging, allowing for direct mounting on the laser head or flexible integration into workstations.
