OXIDE awarded “Inoue Harushige Award”

We have received the 33rd Annual Inoue Harushige Prize. This prize is awarded to scientists or businesses which have contributed to the advancement of science technology, economy development, and to welfare improvement. The award was given for high function optical single crystals grown from defect-control method (Researcher; Kenji Kitamura, NIMS Fellow, Development business: OXIDE Corporation).
