The Frequad-M57 is a CW 257.5 nm single-frequency deep-ultraviolet laser. Its high stability and reliability reduce maintenance frequency and thereby lower operating costs when used in exposure tools, inspection systems, site flow meters, and similar equipment.

Features

(1) Same wavelength as the second harmonic (SHG) of argon ion lasers
Designed so customers replacing conventional lasers or deploying new systems can use it stably and without hassle.
