CW laser
The Frequad-W is a CW 213 nm single-frequency deep-ultraviolet laser. As our continuous-wave laser with the shortest wavelength, it is well suited not only for scientific and technical applications such as photoelectron spectroscopy but also for industrial use due to its high reliability.
(1) OXIDE CW laser
Shortest wavelength Achieves the shortest continuous-wave wavelength of 213 nm.
(2) Long-term stable output and beam quality
OXIDE’s proprietary ultra-high-purity BBO crystals and their outstanding quality provide an expected lifetime of over 10,000 hours. Because the crystals degrade very little, high beam quality and long-term stable operation are ensured.
(3) Refined servo-lock technology
Our proprietary servo-lock technology, which uses a high-speed, high-precision voice coil motor (VCM), guarantees stable operation.
(4) Low power consumption
The high-efficiency wavelength-conversion laser system enables very low power consumption.
