LGSO is a high-density, fast single-crystal scintillator used in various radiation detectors, including PET scanners.
Using advanced Czochralski (CZ) crystal growth technology, we mass-produce large single crystals (φ94 × 300 mm) with a high yield.
Fast-LGSO is a single-crystal scintillator with a shorter fluorescence decay time than LGSO, resulting in improved temporal resolution.
Like LGSO, it is manufactured at scale by the Czochralski (CZ) method to grow large single crystals and is used in many cutting-edge TOF-PET scanners worldwide.
GSO exhibits excellent scintillator properties at high temperatures, contains no self-emitting elements resulting in no background noise, and possesses outstanding radiation resistance. Consequently, it is used in various radiation detectors for applications such as geological exploration, high-energy physics experiments, nuclear physics experiments, and astrophysical research.
GSOZ is a zirconium-doped GSO scintillator that increases scintillation light output by approximately 20% compared with undoped GSO.
It is used in radiation detectors that require a higher light yield than GSO.
GPS exhibits superior characteristics among oxide scintillators, offering higher fluorescence output and energy resolution than NaI, as well as high stability and non-hygroscopicity.
It is expected to be adopted for applications such as underground exploration and space-related missions in the future.
