- Low defect density （100times lower）
- Wide transparent region （UV cut-off 20nm lower）
- Large EO and NLO constants （d33 >26.2pm/V）
- Small coercive field （<1-2kV/mm）
- High photorefractive damage threshold （>5MW/cm²@532nm, cw laser）
- High laser damage threshold （>2GW/cm²＠1064nm, pulse laser）
- There is almost no birefringence index
- No GRIIRA (Green Induced IR Absorpution)
- Subgrain boundary-free stoichiometric LiTaO3 crystals are successfully grown.
