FL-CW series

It is a wavelength-converted laser employing an FBG-type CW fiber laser as the fundamental light source in a single pass configuration. Because the wavelength conversion process is single pass and does not form a resonator, it is stable against environmental fluctuations. The residual fundamental light that is not converted is discharged outside the wavelength converter, so the converter contains no significant heat source. Therefore, when mounted on measuring instruments or similar devices, it is not affected by thermal disturbances or vibrations from cooling fans.
