Disclosure Policy

1.Standards for Information Disclosure

The Company shall disclose information in accordance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and other applicable laws and regulations, as well as the rules concerning timely disclosure established by the Tokyo Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as the “Timely Disclosure Rules”). Furthermore, even for information not falling under the scope of applicable laws and regulations or the Timely Disclosure Rules, the Company shall disclose information deemed to substantially impact investment decisions or deemed useful for deepening understanding of the Company, taking into account fairness and timeliness.

2.Methods of Information Disclosure

For disclosures required by laws and regulations and the Timely Disclosure Rules, we will first disclose the information via TDnet (Timely Disclosure Network) and EDINET (Electronic Disclosure for Investors' NETwork), and subsequently post it on our website.
Furthermore, even for information not falling under the above categories, we will strive to ensure that such information is communicated as fairly and widely as possible, including through posting on our website.

3.Regarding Future Outlook

The plans, estimates, forecasts, budgets, and other forward-looking information disclosed by the Company regarding the Group are based on the Company's judgment or assumptions at the time of disclosure and do not constitute a commitment or guarantee regarding the realization of future planned figures or measures. Actual results may differ significantly due to various factors.

4.Quiet Period

To prevent leaks of financial results information and ensure fairness, the Company designates the period from the day following the end of each fiscal quarter until the announcement of those results as a quiet period. During this period, the Company refrains from commenting on or responding to inquiries regarding financial results, except for information already publicly disclosed.
However, even during the silent period, information subject to laws and regulations or timely disclosure rules will be disclosed in a timely and appropriate manner.

As exceptions, we may accept media interviews when requested for the following purposes:

  1. To explain our business overview and management plans to institutional investors and securities analysts newly assigned to cover our company
  2. To explain our corporate activities and management plans to visiting overseas institutional investors, without discussing the progress of earnings budgets
