High-quality Single crystals growth technology
Our proprietary manufacturing technology enables the stable growth of high-quality single crystals. We produce specialized single crystals used in lasers and medical equipment. These are utilized in fields demanding extremely high precision, such as wafer inspection equipment used in Semiconductor manufacturing processes and crystals incorporated into cancer diagnostic devices.

Frequency conversion technology
Technology that converts the wavelength of laser light. Laser light has different applications depending on its wavelength. Our technology enables conversion to specific wavelengths suited to the purpose, allowing for higher-precision inspection and processing. For example, in semiconductor manufacturing, using short-wavelength lasers, particularly Deep-UV Lasers, enables the detection of finer defects and inspection of pattern structures on silicon wafers.

Semiconductor Business
We develop, manufacture, and sell single crystals and lasers for wafer inspection equipment, which is essential for quality inspection of semiconductor products. Wafer inspection equipment is critical for accurately detecting minute defects, foreign particles on silicon wafer surfaces, or defects in the fine circuit patterns formed on wafers. It plays a direct role in improving semiconductor manufacturing yield and quality control. Our products are adopted in our customers' latest models due to their high technical capability and reliability. Furthermore, components used in these devices require periodic replacement and maintenance, ensuring continuous product demand. While the Semiconductor industry is known for significant market fluctuations, our ability to secure a stable revenue base through this maintenance demand is a key feature of our company.

Healthcare Business
We independently develop and manufacture scintillator single crystals for PET scanners. These scintillator single crystals are critical materials that convert radiation into light, serving as components that determine the accuracy of the medical examination. PET scanner detects and images the faint radiation emitted by tracer drugs administered to the body to locate internal lesions. Our technology supports medical applications such as early cancer detection and dementia diagnosis.
