We sincerely thank you for your continued support and understanding of OXIDE Corporation.

Since our founding, we have pursued three core principles: “Returning research outcomes to society and disseminating key materials globally,” “Providing material solutions to customers and contributing to societal development,” and “Developing products centered on single crystals to continuously create future market opportunities.” Guided by these principles, we strive to deliver new value to society. I personally embrace these principles and will dedicate my full efforts toward further growth. As President and Representative Director, I reaffirm the societal significance of our technologies and am determined to fulfill my responsibility to lead our company toward sustainable growth.

Leveraging our core technologies—crystal growth and optical wavelength conversion—we have provided world-leading products and solutions across diverse fields including Semiconductor, healthcare, and energy. These technologies serve as foundational pillars supporting the evolution of cutting-edge fields like AI and quantum computing, playing a vital role in societal advancement.

Currently, the business environment surrounding our company is undergoing significant transformation. While innovation continues to accelerate and substantial progress is being made toward realizing a sustainable society, we also face the shift in the political and economic order that has persisted since the end of World War II and the rise of geopolitical risks. Under these circumstances, we believe it is crucial for our company to accurately grasp these changes, make flexible and swift judgments, and take decisive action in order to continue contributing to society and achieving sustainable growth.

These decisions and actions should be driven by balancing “maintaining profitability and financial soundness” with “research and development investment for sustainable growth,” thereby enhancing our corporate value over the medium to long term.
