Our company has established a Sustainability Committee to promote activitiesaddressing challenges in Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) areas, aiming to achieve both sustainable societal development and our own sustainable growth.

The Sustainability Committee primarily undertakes the following initiatives:

• Formulating basic policies and strategies for sustainability management, and planning initiatives
• Identifying material issues aligned with the Sustainability Policy
• Monitoring and providing guidance on sustainability-related business risks and opportunities
• Setting KPI targets, reporting progress, and managing performance

The Company's Board of Directors approves the Sustainability Policy and material issues. Furthermore, the Sustainability Committee collaborates with various internal committees and reports the status of company-wide activities to the Board of Directors.
