Purpose of Implementing the Act on Promotion of Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation
To foster the next generation of children who can grow up healthily and become a generation capable of contributing to society by enabling employees to balance work with childcare and other aspects of life, and by creating an employment environment where all employees can work comfortably.
